If you hear the words CRM in conversation, there's a high change you'll hear the word Hubspot shortly after. The Massachusetts based software company is a behemoth of the CRM world and for good reason. The tools they offer are feature packed and provide everything you could ever dream of in terms of functionality. The downside is the price. Don't be fooled by their free plan, it's basic and you'll quickly feel limited. If budget is of no concern and you just want something that will handle everything in beautiful synchronisation, you'd be hard pressed not to go with Hubspot.
